  • To prevent spam, abuse and fraudulent activity
  • To produce anonymous statistics about reported issues

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Ionos (1&1) — our hosting provider, who stores data on servers in the UK/EU
  • Google — if you use Google Sign-In, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
  • Law enforcement — if legally required

6. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
  • Issue reports are retained indefinitely as a public record. You can request removal of your personal details from a report.
  • Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
